These services are simple, yet powerful and crucial in your aquariums long-term success. Quite often overlooked, wether its from the positioning of your hardscape to the direction and location of your filters inflow and outflow, these simple yet important aspects can result in success or failure of your aquarium.

Tank cleaning is single handedly the most important part of keeping a healthy and balanced aquarium. “High Tech” setups (CO2, quality lighting, fertilizer) is always recommended to be done every 1-2 weeks, but weekly for best results. “Low tech” setups (non-CO2, basic lighting, little to no fertilizer) can be done every 3-4 weeks, possibly longer but never recommended. The biggest indicator that it is time to do a water change is when you start seeing any form of fuzzy algae, which is almost always a result of a build up of organic waste. My biggest recommendation is to never let this be an indicator for you to clean your tank as this almost always results in other, more complicated issues to form, such as BBA algae and Cyano Bacteria - you do not want this.

Basic maintenance includes:

  • Algae cleaning

  • Filter cleaning and maintenance

  • Substrate and decorative cleaning

Price is calculated as $3.50 per US Gallon. Add the number of gallons of your tank as the quantity of the product; if you are unsure of the size, I can measure the tank and get the gallon amount.

All filter replacement parts if needed will be added and calculated into the final amount due.

Aquascaping Services

If you have an existing tank or are looking to freshly scape a new tank, this is designed to give you a unique perspective on your aquarium. Something beautiful can be unlocked in every size tank and give you a better viewing experience in your home; transform something that is seen as just a “fish tank” into a piece of furniture that can add character to your living space.

Substrate, rocks, gravel and wood are not included in this price and will require an addition onto the final bill. The base price is set to $100 for tanks from 1 - 30 US gallons. If your tank is between 40 - 100 US gallons, please increase the amount to 2 ($200) and 125 US gallons and greater will be $400. As the larger tanks will require more time and thought, I recommend setting up a time for me to come as early as possible she I can assess the tank, get some input from you and finalize what you are looking for.
